  Page Brief Introduction: Handmade Cleanroom Panel is an upgraded version of the standard mechanized panel, a new type of reinforced composite sandwich panel independently developed and designed by Jinan Sutian Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It is composed of six core components: upper steel plate, lower steel plate, core material, galvanized keel, ABS corner piece and high-strength adhesive. The surface layer is made of high-quality color-coated steel plate or stainless steel plate, the four sides are edged with galvanized keel and sealed with galvanized angle pieces, connected by ABS plastic corner, and the inner core layer is filled with rock wool, glass magnesium, aluminum honeycomb, magnesium oxysulfate and other core materials. It is manufactured through heating, pressing, curing and other processes, with reinforced bearing capacity and customizable non-standard specifications. It can reduce the basic engineering and structural costs of buildings. The installation design of male-female mouth or Chinese character aluminum is optional, with convenient construction and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in high-end clean areas such as biopharmaceutical workshops, electronic industry clean rooms, new energy clean rooms, operating rooms and laboratories with high requirements for airtightness and structural strength.
