It is composed of five core components: film, steel plate, core material, steel strip and high-strength adhesive. The surface layer is made of galvanized or color-coated steel plate, and the core material can be flexibly matched with rock wool, magnesium oxysulfate, silicone rock, PU, hollow glass magnesium, true gold and other materials. Through high-speed continuous automatic forming equipment, it is compounded by heating and pressing, and then processed by edge trimming, grooving and blanking. It has the core characteristics of thermal insulation, convenient installation and stable structural performance. It is widely used in indoor and outdoor panels such as purification clean factories, indoor partitions with high fire and thermal insulation requirements, and is the preferred enclosure material for walls and suspended ceilings of clean rooms in hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, electronics, biological research, food and beverage industries.

The edge trimming and grooving process are completed by CNC precision equipment, with smooth cutting surface and no burrs, which is convenient for on-site splicing and installation. The sealing process uses high-quality steel strip edge sealing to prevent moisture and dust from entering the core material and extend the service life of the board. The core material filling adopts automatic quantitative filling technology to ensure uniform density of the core material and stable performance of each part of the board.
